City Park Statue - Dolled Up for the DNC

This is the entrance to City Park, home of the Denver Natural History Museum and the Denver Zoo. Last year the statue's "laser fountain" was dry and the lake at the center of the park was nothing but an empty gravel pit, torn up for repairs. But this year, as Denver hosts the Democratic National Convention, all the water has been restored. The flowers have been carefully tended and the statue has been "dolled up" for the DNC.
